I’ve taken these to two festivals and a beach trip already, and they fold down slim enough that I can carry both over one shoulder while hauling the cooler. The fabric holds up well on sand and the back support is a lot firmer than my old cheap chairs.
The armrests sit at just the right height for lounging with a drink in hand, and the whole thing folds down skinny enough to toss in the trunk without a fight. Took them to a two-day festival and they held up fine on uneven grass, no wobble at all.
I was skeptical about how stable they’d be, but the folding mechanism locks tight and the armrests are just the right height for lounging at the beach. Carried both chairs in one trip from the car, no problem, and they held up fine on sand.
