I was a little worried the wood frame might feel flimsy, but it's actually rock solid—I've been doing incline presses on it almost daily since it arrived. The resistance bands hooking onto the bench add a nice variety for chest and back days without needing extra equipment scattered around the room.

The adjustable incline is really smooth to change mid-workout, and having the dumbbell rack built right into the frame saves so much floor space in my home gym.
