The porch is a nice touch—my two dogs actually sit out there together before heading inside. The elevated floor keeps them dry after rain, and the removable bottom made setup in the yard way less hassle than I expected.

The roof flips open for easy cleaning, which I wasn't expecting from a wooden kennel, and the elevated floor keeps my two terriers dry after morning rain. Assembly took a bit of patience, but the porch gives them a shaded spot to watch the yard, and they already fight over which room to nap in.
