Took this out on the lake for a full afternoon and the 3-layer build held up against some serious splashing and sharp rocks near the shore. The XPE foam is dense enough that you don’t feel the water underneath, but it’s still light to drag onto the beach. We’re already planning our next party on it.

My kids spent hours on this mat at the beach without it flipping or tearing, and the pink color is super easy to spot in the water. It folds up small enough to stuff in the car trunk for a day trip.
