Assembly took a couple of hours, but once it was up, my three cats immediately claimed the upper platforms and started using the bridge as a lookout point. The two curtained condos give them a cozy spot to nap while still being outdoors, and it fits perfectly against our deck railing.
The waterproof cover has held up through two heavy rainstorms and the cats stay perfectly dry inside. Assembly took an afternoon, but watching all three of them race across the bridge and claim their own condo curtains makes it totally worth the effort.
