The adjustable straps are the highlight for me—they fit snugly whether I'm holding it for my taller sparring partner or my smaller one. The curved striking face absorbs my kicks without jarring my wrists, and the pad holds up session after session.

The curved face gives you a much bigger target to work with, which makes practicing kicks feel way more natural. Straps are easy to adjust even with gloves on, and it’s held up fine through a few weeks of hard sessions.

My training partner and I have beat the hell out of this thing for weeks and the curved front still holds its shape perfectly. The big striking surface makes it easy to land clean kicks even when we're both tired, and the padding does its job without feeling rock hard.
