The white finish on the rails is surprisingly smooth, and the whole kit went up in about two hours with a friend's help. My bedroom door now glides effortlessly, and it really does add that rustic charm I was hoping for.
Installed this on a six-foot opening in about an hour with just a drill and a level, and the white finish looks surprisingly crisp against our dark wall. The hardware does what it’s supposed to and the white finish looks nice against the rustic door, but installation took longer than I expected because the screws and bolts weren’t labeled clearly. I’d say it’s a decent kit for the price, just don’t plan on it being a quick afternoon project.
